One of the very best ways to close a sale is to create a sense of urgency or even scarcity.

Just as long as the urgency or scarcity are real and authentic, you can use these aspects to get people to make a decision about your sales proposal. Urgency in sales can be as I mentioned in the video, other prospective customers seeking the same product that you have expressed an interest in.

Urgency in sales can also be for example, if the product is currently at a special promotional sales price that is going to end soon.

Scarcity involves the fact that the particular product or service you are offering is in very limited supply for example.
