The real reason you lose sales is not what you say but everything else you do in your sales presentation.

It's the non-verbal communication things that will make or break your sales presentation.

This included things like your tone of voice. your facial expressions, your body language, your eye contact.

Remember people buy you before they buy what you are offering and if their is no like or trsut factors then you're chances of success in sales is very small.
