“Like”  – It’s thought that before they buy, they need to “like” you first, through your content, or through personal engagement with you. What a lot of baloney. Prospects may like you forever but never buy from you unless you have a critical factor 

“Trust” – To buy they need to “trust” that you / your service will do a good job for them but to make your offers irresistible you need one more factor….
