Press release traffic is not new but it’s something very few marketers even bother with.

The important thing to note is that “press releases” must contain something worthy of news. It can’t be an advertisement or promotion. Write something that is hot in the news right now.

It’s amazing just how effective this can be. I am still getting traffic (and new subscribers) from press releases I did many years ago (see here)

This is a great method of syndicating content and getting your message out there and the big daddy is prweb.com but there are many other free press release sites you can use too.
