Engage/agenda – Exactly. What are you trying to accomplish today?

Explore – open-ended questions – where are you today and where do you want to be?

Gap – hell and heaven – what seems to be the problem and how long have you had it?

Resolve objections

Offer solution – help them make the best buying decision – if this meeting accomplished everything you had hoped for, what would it look like?

No pain – no sale

Prospect must do 80% + of talking, don’t interrupt, take notes
